Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Bean People Australia. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days before being shipped. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
SHIPMENTS TO ADDRESS TYPES
The Bean People Australia only sells and ships to street addresses within Australia. The shipping address you provide at checkout is where your order will be shipped to. This address must be a residential or business address.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed and an order completion email once your order has been packed for delivery. If you would like to track your order, we will happily provide a tracking number upon request.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
All prices on our website include GST. The Bean People Australia is not responsible for any other customs, duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DAMAGES
The Bean People Australia is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We do however insure all our shipments and will happily provide you with the insurance detail should you wish to claim from the shipping company.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We currently do not ship outside of Australia.
